Youth leadership development as a unique characteristic of WOW. Listed below are the WOW leadership positions for Summer 2017. All positions provide a great opportunity for young individuals to grow and strengthen the skills necessary to direct and lead others in a positive and supporting environment.
Intern is paid position for older teens and young adults who primarily provide leadership on a program level, sharing their gifts to plan and oversee faith formation experiences, leadership development opportunities, mission site experiences, and WOW administration tasks.

Crew is a paid position for rising high school seniors and college students who primarily provide leadership on a site level, sharing their gifts to form relationships within staff members at our mission partners, offer guidance for guests and team members while serving in the community, and provide program support as needed.

Peer Leader is a volunteer position for WOW teens who provide leadership each week, working with the WOW staff to faithfully shape the WOW experience for our guests. Leadership opportunities include program responsibilities such as registration and inventory management and guest relations such as community building.

Team Member is a volunteer position for teens who are interested in investing their gifts in ministry and intentionally developing their leadership gifts.
